• Designates the existing rns_runtime::prelude and compiled examples as the canonical application path while retaining all existing module-qualified paths.
• Adds pinned API snapshots and external-consumer compatibility gates without removing or changing public signatures.
• Isolates owned announce subscriptions and moves finite identity lookup to validated, deadline-bounded path discovery.
• Pins established Link endpoints to their authenticated interface and role, with ordered control delivery, terminal interface-loss handling, and atomic teardown cleanup.
• Enforces role-correct Link packet proofs and allows a valid LRPROOF to win after unauthenticated candidates.
• Qualifies reproducible source releases with Rust 1.87, committed locks, immutable action pins, and non-publishable package defaults.
