Updates to the USB-MSD BETA
- Fix reset of HVS registers to workaround start.elf issue which assumes that the HVS is in a clean state.
- Resolve: VL805 readback failure in the bootloader #134
- Bumped EEPROM rescue to 2020-05-28 after a Git issue causing a stale version with the incomplete fix for the VL805 problem appearing in the repo.

This pre-release also includes a copy of the GPU firmware start.elf/fixup.dat files making it easier to test without using rpi-update first.
