• Added DBI_ru.nro with russian interface
• Fixed the display of menu items when working with missing exefs for Sparse Storage
• Display of the total volume of SD and NAND appeared in the bottom status bar

Note: DBI_ru.nro has 491 version number, couse there were some translation fixes after 490 version
