🌍 DBI Multilingual Localization (v0.0.111)

This release provides translations for DBI version 921.

🆕 What changed in DBI 921 (compared with 920)

• FTP: a serious bug in the FTP server is fixed (from the DBI author). No other user-visible changes were found in the 921 binary.
• Translations: the patch now supports DBI 921; the red [ERROR] status (e.g. after "Waiting for interface to come up:" in MTP) is translated; the USB "connect your console to the PC" prompt fits on one line in Ukrainian, Belarusian, German, French, Lithuanian and Turkish; Ukrainian "Запустити HTTP сервер..." matches the FTP item.

🆕 What changed in DBI 920 (compared with 912)

DBI does not publish a changelog. This list comes from the strings and settings of the 920 binary.

• Forwarder settings (new [Forwarder] section in dbi.config): address space (32 Bit, 32 Bit No alias, 36 Bit, 39 Bit, 42 Bit), four CPU cores, video capture and screenshots. DBI now reads and checks the forwarder's main.npdm (META, ACI0, ACID).
• PatchDistributionBit install option ("Patch XCI originated nca"): NCAs taken from a game card image can be patched.
• Saves: new "Increase size (in MB)" action; new "Save data information" and "Ticket information" views.
• NACP viewer: new fields Accessible program index flags and Album file export. NSO viewer: module name (.module_name) and the .embedded part of .rodata.
• On-screen keyboard: L+⬅ / L+➡ jump to the start / end of the line.
• FTP server replies were reworked; the old confirmation prompt for deleting lost content is gone.

🩹 Translation changes in the 920 release (since v0.0.108)

• DBI 920 support. The patch and all 24 translation tables work with DBI 920.
• Game info panel: "Total play time", "Game start" and "Game end" are translated also for titles without play data, including lines such as Total play time : - (2) (the number is put into the translation).
• New strings translated: the forwarder "Address space" setting; "Searching for old placeholders on SD / in NAND" in the cleanup log; the red "Title not installed" message.

✨ Earlier in the 912 line (still included)

• Translation engine in this repository (vendor/dbi_translate, originally 0xroast/dbi-translate); hash-index lookups, no menu lag (#28); translated game info panel (#25); no "Invalid UTF-8" in the (+) menu (#29); whole (+) menu items; aligned game info panel; version line shows the language, e.g. 921-ua.

✨ Cyrillic glyph repair

The bundled DBI.nro repairs the embedded glyphs Є/є, І/і, and Ї/ї used by Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Kazakh translations.

🛠️ Installation Instruction

1. Download DBI.nro (Patched/Compatible version) from this release.
2. Download the translation_XX.bin file for your desired language.
3. Rename the translation file to exactly translation.bin.
4. Place both DBI.nro and translation.bin into the /switch/DBI/ folder on your SD card.

📝 Translation Coverage

This community translation set is still evolving. Some strings may remain untranslated and appear in the original DBI language or use an English fallback. Please report missing or incorrect strings in the project issues.
