Update from the web page (System → Firmware update → Check for an update), from the web installer, or with the <board>-ota.bin file of your board below. Card 1.0.27 goes with it. beta.20 follows beta.19 by a few hours: the two below, on top of what beta.19 brought.
Card 1.0.27: your own power meter, and a settings dialog. power: sensor.my_meter (W or kW) makes the card's live COP and "kW in" come from your meter instead of the estimate; the day's figures stay the board's. Home Assistant's "Edit card" dialog now offers the options with pickers (meter, thermostat, position of the day's figures, title, prefix). ESPAltherma itself never reads Home Assistant data: centralising is Home Assistant's job.
Energy and cycles: three-phase units and the backup heater. The electricity estimate multiplies the phase voltage (230 V) by 3 on a three-phase unit, since the current the unit reports is one phase's; a 400 V typed in before is turned into its phase voltage. The backup heater now counts: its kW per step are added while a step is on (Settings → Energy and cycles, 3 kW each by default, 3 and 6 kW on a 9 kW kit, 0 for a step your unit has not), and while it heats, the heat output is read after it (R2T) on the units that have that sensor, so its heat is counted with its electricity.
From beta.19:
- Updates, told to you. The board looks once a day for a newer release and says so on the home page and as a Firmware update entity in Home Assistant (Settings → Updates); the card says it in its corner link. Nothing is installed by itself; untick the box under the button to stop the daily check.
- Without Home Assistant. Setup, step 2 has "Use ESPAltherma on its own": no broker, the readings stay on the web page, no restart for an unreachable broker (#627).
- Energy and cycles. Pump and electronics at 100 W by default (also for boards that saved 0 on beta.18). In Home Assistant the computed values go unknown while the compressor is off or defrosting, instead of keeping their last reading.
- ECH2O units. The drawing takes the mixed zone's water from the unit's own sensor; the Daikin board's constant 20/20 room values are left out.
- Home page. The blocks can be dragged into the order you like.
- Card 1.0.26:
prefix: espaltherma_odufor a board on another base topic, the ECH2O changes above, the update notice in the corner link.
