Hot water and leaving water targets on more units (experimental): six more hydro board softwares are supported, read from the boards' software with the same checks as the previous one: 17014006 (4-8 kW EHV/EHB DA and DJ series), 17019A04 (4-8 kW ECH2O D), 20002203 (4-8 kW EHV/EHB E series, 9-16 kW EBLA/EDLA monoblocs), 20007904 (12 kW ETV/ETB and ECH2O E), 20017704 (4-8 kW ECH2O E and EBLA/EDLA E monoblocs) and 22009C02 (12 kW ELV/ELB, 2026 series). None has been confirmed on a unit yet: ESPAltherma reads the modes, limits and curve back before any write, and refuses when they make no sense. README: rewritten for the 2.0 release, shorter, with a "Supported heat pumps" list and one "Controlling the heat pump" chapter; the reference material moved to the doc/ folder.
