Protocol S names: the temperature values of the Rotex S and protocol S definitions lose their "(C)" suffix, and are spelled like the Altherma ones ("Inlet water temp.", "Outdoor air temp.", "R/C setpoint", ...). The unit comes from the sensor type, Home Assistant shows °C either way. The entity ids follow the names, so Rotex and protocol S users get new ids once more (sensor.espaltherma_inlet_water_temp_c → sensor.espaltherma_inlet_water_temp, etc.): history graphs and automations need the new ids. Thanks @TungstenE2.
Nothing else changes; the 2.0 release on main is next.
