Changes since v1.0.4-rc4

New:

• support setting priorityClass in the value.yaml file
• support installing the app into a hardened cluster
• add resourceSet CR for AKS operator, so AKS operator is backed up by default
• support setting annotation for serviceAccount in the value.yaml file

Fix:

• update GoLang version to 1.16
• fix the bug where the field expects a string but gets an integer
• update to MkdirAll to handle subfolders
