🔧 Hotfix — Patch Signing Restored
Fixed an issue where patched files were not being re-signed after patching
Restored the correct flow: decrypt → patch → optional libc fix → sign
Patched outputs are now properly returned in signed SELF format again
Re-enabled optional libc.prx (6xx) compatibility string patch
Added internal safeguards to prevent this pipeline step from being missed in future merges
