Improvements

• RadzenScheduler agenda view - new ShowTimeDisplay parameter on RadzenAgendaView controls whether event times are displayed next to the events. Thanks to @paulo-rico!

Fixes

• RadzenDropDown and RadzenDropDownDataGrid - tabbing out right after selecting an item with Enter no longer steals focus back to the component. With filtering enabled the popup search input holds focus, and two delayed refocus paths returned focus to the component after Tab had already moved it to the next field, making Tab appear to skip over the next form component.
• Visible toggle - SplitButton, ProfileMenu, Menu, Accordion, AutoComplete, Mask, Numeric, Upload, Carousel, FormField, SignaturePad and GoogleMap no longer lose their JS event handlers when their Visible parameter is toggled. The JS interop handlers are now recreated when Visible changes instead of being attached only on first render.
• RadzenScheduler year planner and year timeline - keyboard slot navigation now highlights the focused slot. The focused date was initialized from the week-shifted view start date (previous December) and arrow navigation stayed clamped in that unrendered month, so the focused date never matched a rendered slot.
• RadzenRadioButtonList and RadzenCheckBoxList - items now render when the item value type differs from the list value type (e.g. bool items in a bool? list). Fixes #2620.
