5.4.1 - 2026-05-10

Distribution hotfix for the withdrawn 5.4.0 release.

Republishes the 5.4.0 card fixes as 5.4.1 without adding a custom release zip asset, so HACS can use the normal repository release/tag contents and the complete dist/ package.
Keeps the runtime logic unchanged from 5.4.0; this release is intentionally limited to packaging/versioning.
Bumps runtime/editor tags to 5.4.1 so Home Assistant browsers do not reuse cached 5.4.0 resources.
Updates README and publishing instructions to avoid custom zip assets for HACS releases.
