The big one - new Pack tab, faster runtime and pkg install

- Custom ampr-emu runtime. An optional runtime with up to 8x faster load speeds (more information here: ampr-emu-ng).
- New zstd pack format. Compress an AMPR game's assets into the zstd pack format, close to fpkg in size and play speed.
- LZ4 packs got a compression level selector. Choose Fast (plain LZ4, the default), Medium (LZ4 HC 9) or Max (LZ4 HC 12): higher levels give smaller packs and take longer to pack.
- Package installer on the PS5. Storage has a new Package installer view that lists every
.pkgon the console. Install it or delete it from there, or from a.pkgrow in the File explorer. - Install pkg from a PC. In Connect, a paired PS5 has an Install pkg button: pick a
.pkgon the computer and the console installs it, reading it over the network. - PS5 tabs in the File explorer. On a computer, each paired PS5 that is online gets a tab next to This device, with rename, move and delete. Drag a row onto another device's tab to copy it there, or drop files from the system to copy them in.
