Minor Changes

  • 0a00d19: formatBytes(bytes, locale?, units?) writes sizes in the locale: the number through Intl (1,4 Mo, 1.4 MB, no trailing .0) and the units of the language, o / ko / Mo / Go / To in French, B / KB / MB / GB / TB otherwise (byteUnits(locale)). A value that rounds up to 1024 moves to the next unit. formatBytes(n) still works, with the browser locale; English output changes from 1.0 MB to 1 MB.

useFormatBytes() formats in the app's language with the catalogue's units (core.units.bytes.*); PayloadViewer and EmailPreview use it. ShowDisplay has a bytes type, and the show field resolver maps the schema types bytes and filesize to it.

  • 6f71636: The task dialog's log takes its patterns from the layers: logPatterns: { errorPattern, timestampPattern } in configureTasks, registerTaskKind or a run(), the kind's over the app's. null turns a pattern off (no error flagging, no "N errors" button). The default error pattern now takes whole words only, \b(error|fatal|failed)\b: a line naming shipping_error.php or failed_jobs is no longer flagged as an error. TASK_LOG_DEFAULTS and the TaskLogPatterns type are exported.

  • 91a52cb: The YAML editors move to @quazardous/vanilla-yamleditor 0.3, then 0.4 (see below; this release needs ^0.4.0). VanillaYamlEditor has three views: text, a technical tree (nested key: value lines) and form (the schema form, previously called tree). The default stays the form when there is a schema, the tree otherwise. Code that passes mode="tree" to get the form now passes mode="form".

Valid YAML that is likely a typo (port :: 8080, a quoted key with spaces around it) is flagged as a warning, which never blocks a save; the new lint prop (default true) turns it off. YamlConfigEditor gains the mode and lint props, passed to its editor. New labels in core.yamlEditor: form, warnings, colonKey, spacedKey; tree is now "Tree" / "Arbre".

  • 327dd91: The YAML editors move to @quazardous/vanilla-yamleditor 0.4 (peer ^0.4.0, install the v0.4.0 release tarball). The form now shows value labels (oneOf: [{ const, title }] or enum + x-enumLabels, titles through the catalogue), schema variants (allOf, if / then / else, oneOf / anyOf with a discriminator), and the per-field readOnly, deprecated (a warning that never blocks a save) and examples. No change in qdadm's own API.
