Follow activity
Auto-scroll the document view to MCP mutation locations (page granularity). Configurable via core.follow_activity in Options.
Viewport stability
All read operations that resolve page numbers (get_document_tree, get_document_stats, list_images, get_page_objects, search_fulltext, resolve_locator) now preserve the viewport position.
BM25 search ranking
search_fulltext now scores results using BM25 relevance with heading boost, replacing unranked set intersection.
Panel navigation
Actions panel tracks paragraph index per entry with a "Show" button to jump to the action location.
Tunnel status dialog
Redesigned with separate MCP and SSE endpoint URLs and per-field copy buttons.
