Nelson is listed in the official MCP registry, and a locked document now
names the machine that holds it, not the login.

A LibreOffice lock file holds the full name, the login, the host, the time
and the profile URL, in that order; Nelson read the second field as the
host. "locked by Test User on test" now reads "on otherhost", and
locked_bycarries the rightuserandhost
