• text_search_fulltext missed text frames and table cells (#28) — the index covered body paragraphs only, so a caption inside a text frame was found by text_search and returned nothing by the index-backed search: two backends, one document, opposite answers, and the failure was silent rather than saying the container was not covered. Frames and table cells are now indexed too (table cells were previously stored as the literal string [Table]). Results carry source: "body" | "frame" | "table" with the frame or table name, and the response reports what was and was not searched, so an empty result can be told apart from a gap in coverage. Headers and footers remain uncovered and now say so
• text_insert crashed on a table — inserting at a paragraph index occupied by a table raised AttributeError: getStart instead of reporting the problem. It now returns a clear error pointing at table_write_cell
