- Calc cell comments read back empty from a reopened
.xlsx(#21) — a second, distinct cause from the one fixed in 0.9.3, found and diagnosed by @braklo. Once a workbook has been closed and reopened from.xlsx, LibreOffice has not yet built the caption object for its notes, and until it exists noXSheetAnnotationread path returns the text — whilexl/comments*.xmlplainly holds it. The read now falls back togetAnnotationShape(), which LibreOffice implements asGetOrCreateCaption(), so the caption is materialised on demand. Unlike forcing the note visible, this changes neither what the user sees nor the undo stack: verified that the note stays hidden and the document stays unmodified - An empty
