Ships @quasar/vite-plugin v2.0.0 — all its performance gains apply to Quasar CLI (Vite) projects automatically, with byte-identical build output.
- Perf: production builds up to 3x faster, dev cold start up to ~1.8x, HMR-style re-transforms ~2.7x (AST-based auto-import, targeted Sass variable injection, prebuilt framework CSS, Vite hook filters). Tip: if you don't customize Sass variables, delete src/css/quasar.variables.* — projects without it get the fastest path (prebuilt framework CSS instead of compiling it from source).
- Perf: the internal Rolldown plugins now use native (Rust-side) hook filters — node-side bundling (Electron main/preload, SSR/SSG server code, quasar.config compilation) is up to ~2x faster, with identical output.
- Requires quasar v2.24.0+ (peer dependency bumped). No config changes needed — upgrade and rebuild.
