Changes

• fix(app-vite): TypeScript -> $q.bex and $q.cordova carry their BexBridge / Cordova types again in projects using moduleResolution: "bundler". They had silently degraded to any, since the augmentation no longer reached the Quasar globals declaration
• docs(app-vite): ssr.noPreloadTagRoutes / ssg.noPreloadTagRoutes -> the typings now state that only the route-level preload tags are left out; the modulepreload tags Vite writes into the HTML template for the app entry's own static imports stay on every route
