Windows interface and stability maintenance.
- Use NekoBox branding and the actual version in Windows executable properties.
- Make the log panel resizable despite hidden tabs and keep its divider visible.
- Keep route controls reachable by scrolling when the bottom panel is compact.
- Add Reset panel layout (Ctrl+Shift+L), fix divider double-click and saved sizes.
- Preserve normal window size, zero/negative monitor positions and Qt geometry state.
- Bound log history, retain busy-log batches, and clear queued lines with the log.
- Release log context menus and old syntax highlighters.
- Translate log controls into Russian.
