This is qpdf version 10.3.0. This release includes a few minor fixes and some rework of the form field handling code from 10.2.0. It turns out the code in 10.2.0 was not complete and didn't handle several import cases including resolving conflicts when merging the same fields more than once or fields with conflicting names and defaults from multiple files.
