Fixed

• Require qlty deinit to run at the repository root like qlty init, instead of removing .qlty from the current directory. Run from a subdirectory it now fails with "This must be run at the root of a Git repository" rather than deleting a stray sub/.qlty while leaving the real configuration in place (#2904)
• Automatically prune stale .qlty/out/invoke-*.yaml and other cache files during qlty check, at most once every 24 hours, so invocation files no longer accumulate indefinitely (one repository had built up ~349k files / 1.6 GB). Pruning is best-effort, never clears the plugin cache, and does not run during qlty build or qlty fmt (#2886)
