• Run qlty slop-one as a pre-push hook: it compares each changed file with its earlier version and blocks the push when a file's maintainability declines, printing a refactoring prompt a coding agent can act on. Adds --upstream, --upstream-from-pre-push, --max-drop, --prompt, and --trigger options, a comparison object in --json output, and qlty githooks install --slop-one to install the hook (#2867)
