cc5b447: Add qawolf help ref [command...] (alias reference): prints the full help of a command and of every command under it as Markdown, e.g. qawolf help ref runner for every runner command in one read. qawolf help <command> works as before.
e18d76c: The runner guide now ships inside the CLI. Each qawolf runner command's --help carries what used to be its section of references/runner.md, qawolf help ref runner prints the whole guide for the installed version, and references/runner.md is generated from it. The guide also covers mobile runner actions sequences: on mobile, send tap and swipe, never click or drag.

a68f95d: The runner guide says qawolf runner inspect variable works on a mobile runner too; only element-html and page-html are browser-only.
