flows list --remote --jsonnow includes each flow'surl, the flow page on the platform. The agent skill explains that a flow gets a platform page only once it is on the environment's flow code branch and how to land it there. - 87dbe54:
qawolf runner listnames the runners a directory holds that are still running, and marks the one a command with no--runnerwould reach. Every runner is looked up before it is listed, so one that idled out is absent rather than reported, and the lookup neither starts a runner nor resets an inactivity clock.
