Location Spoofing

• Added per-app location spoofing.
• Timezone is not yet spoofed with location (planned for a future update).

UI & UX Improvements

• Compact UI mode for viewing a large number of profiles at once.
• Group Page is now the default screen when Geergit is opened.
• Removed folder name display next to profiles for a cleaner UI.
• Geergit now remembers the last selected folder.
• Support dropped for Android 9 and below.

Profile & Group Management

• Removed minimum 3-character search restriction.
• Move profiles:
  • From Group A → Group B
  • From Individual App → Group

Backup & Restore (Major Rewrite)

• Improved backup and restore behavior:
  • App permissions are now preserved after restoring profiles.
  • New backups are created as .tar archives instead of folders (reduces storage usage).
• Backup & import flow optimized to support Android 10 → Android 16+.
• Added 3 new options in Backup App Data feature.

Advanced Backup Options

• Undetectable Mode:
  • Use if the target app crashes after backup.
  • Takes 1–3 minutes per app.
  • Prevents detection and post-restore crashes.
• Preserve Permissions toggle added when switching profiles.
• Clear Cache on Import option added:
  • Improves restore speed.
  • Can be disabled if the app relies on cache for performance.

Stability Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Geergit could cause device restarts or complete system hangs on some devices.

Internal Changes & Notes

• Backup & import system rewritten from scratch:
  • Designed for modern Android versions.
  • Prevents detection during profile switching.
• General bug fixes and improvements.

⚠ Important Note

• If Google Play Services is added directly to Geergit, Geergit will crash.
• To avoid this:
  • Add Google Play Services to LSPosed.
