macOS builds are back online! I did not have much time to debug builds delivered by new build system, so if you have any issues which you did not experience previously, please report them to #2345

- Please note that despite description in the dev blog, Buzzard has cloak speed bonus and Cheetah has scan deviation bonus. Both of those bonuses have wrong values on Singularity, so they should not work as expected, but they were manually corrected for this release of Pyfa
