Database:

• Updated to Explosive Velocity preview version.
  • Please note that Griffin Navy Issue has wrong bonus values (10%/lvl to hybrid damage, 20%/lvl to drone ECM time), this is an issue with CCP data, not a pyfa issue

• Fixed Booster market group which wasn't listing child market groups (#2288)
• Fixed crash on ECM projection (#2289)
• Fixed display of various values in Misc column for Electronic Warfare drones
