Diagnostic build for #8. This does not fix Apple ID sign-in. It is not offered by the in-app updater (releases/latest stays 1.2.6).
When the engine process dies, Sign in now shows the process exit code and the last lines the engine printed. The same text is saved to %LOCALAPPDATA%\iPASide\engine-fault.log.
