Put any app on your iPhone, from Windows, with just your Apple ID. No jailbreak, no paid developer account, nothing to pay for.

Verified end to end against an iPhone 8 Plus on iOS 16.7.15, over both USB and Wi-Fi.

Install

Download iPASide-Setup-1.0.0-x64.exe below and run it. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.

The installer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen will warn on first run — choose More info ▸ Run anyway. If you would rather be certain, check the download against SHA256SUMS.txt:

You will also need iTunes (for Apple's device driver). iPASide detects whether it is there and offers to fetch and run Apple's own installer for you.

What it does

• Signs and installs any .ipa with a free Apple ID, over USB or Wi-Fi.
• Drag and drop anywhere in the window — it reads the icon, version and contents from the file.
• Injects tweaks from .deb packages (rootful, rootless, roothide) or raw .dylib files, as many as you like.
• Keeps your apps alive. Free signatures last 7 days; the Library counts each one down and a daily background task re-signs whatever is due, with iPASide closed.
• More than one Apple ID. Keep several signed in and switch without retyping a password — useful when one account has used up its ten App IDs for the week. A refresh always re-signs as the account that signed the app.
• Real progress, down to the upload's byte count and your phone's own install steps.
• Manages what is installed, with real home-screen icons, and uninstalls from your PC.
• Updates itself, verifying the download against the published checksums before it will run anything.

Everything runs on your machine. Your Apple ID talks to Apple directly over a connection pinned to Apple's own certificate authority. There is no iPASide server, no third-party anisette provider, and no telemetry.

Apple's limits, not iPASide's

• Apps stop opening after 7 days until re-signed — that is what auto-refresh is for.
• Roughly 10 App IDs per 7 days per Apple ID. A second Apple ID gets you another ten.
• App extensions are stripped — widgets, share sheets, keyboards and watch apps will not work.
• App Store .ipa files cannot be re-signed; they are encrypted. iPASide tells you when it sees one.
