Fixes
- Allow direct media-playlist URLs for TS, fMP4, and audio-only streams without requiring a master playlist (#245).
- Detect HLS streams served without a
.m3u8extension, as.m3u, or with valid alternate and generic MIME types. - Preserve AES-128 WebVTT captions in saved videos, including implicit/explicit IVs, key rotation, clear lead-ins, and byte ranges.
