- added loading screen wait for first appstream catalog load
- now stores last window size and maximized state, opening next time in that size/state

- now prefers native packages for Solus whenever the flathub package is non-verified
- optimized drawing featured cards in main menu
- added debounce for window resizing calculations - improves the app's responsiveness to window resizing tremendously
- appstream catalog is now pickled for faster processing on startup
- apps within categories now materialize lazily when scrolling down
- moved privilege escalation requests within functions that require it -
