This version fixes a bug in the time jump detection logic and a bug where the update_interval could cause the end of the transition state (sunset/sunrise) to carry over past the scheduled end time. This new implementation prevents this accidental overlap of the remaining time for the final update interval and the actual scheduled end time of the transitioning state.
