This patch release includes a fix for a bug that prevented users from proposing their first block when setting up their validator accounts through certain workflows, such as DAppNode.
It is recommended to update to this release at your earliest convenience.
It is required to update to this release if you're missing block proposals with the error failed to get proposal history: validator history empty for public key.
