Notice:
It has been brought to our attention that coreboot V0.9.4 for the v1000 series is having issues detecting certain drives. This issue is currently being investigated.
The following drives are known to work as expected:
- Protectli 256GB
- Kingston NV3 500GB (SNV3S500G)
- Kingston NV3 1TB (SNV3S/10000G)
- Kingston NV3 2TB (SNV3S/2000G)
- Kingston NV3 4TB (SNV3S/4000G)
The following drives are not detected:
- Transcend 220S (TS512GMTE220S)
- Samsung 980 Pro (MZ-V8P1T0C/IT)
- Samsung MZFLV128HCGR-000MV (BXV75M0Q)
- Samsung 990 Pro (MZ-V9P1T0)
Any other storage devices compatibility at this time is unknown. If you are still considering proceeding with the update please note that it’s at your own risk and your drive may not be recognized after the update.
While the storage device is not recognized, it is not damaged and should still work in the current release of AMI as well as coreboot v0.9.3 for the V1000 series.
Changes for this release:
- Added notice for v1000 series coreboot v0.9.4 to Flashli.
- Modified README to include the new release version.
