Fixed
- A Gitea review now runs again when commits are pushed to the pull request. Gitea
reports that as its own delivery kind,pull_request_syncwithaction: synchronized,
while the validator accepted onlypull_request— so the delivery was answered200
and dropped, and a webhook with just "Pull requests" ticked never fired again after the
first review. Both kinds are accepted now; the other pull request deliveries still stay
quiet. The README gained the table nobody had written: which events each host needs, and
that "Pull requests" alone is not enough in Gitea.
