• Make sure we use SSLv3 protocol in API requests.
• Linux Network Provider: Pass relative path to sudoer in access_points_list, to check for different paths.

• Build tool: Keep bin/prey in Windows ZIPs, for now. We need it for the Bash/Node upgrade process.
