Spoolman: spool lists sorted by last used — AMS edit modal and Spoolman panel show the most recently used spool first; never-used spools sink to the bottom.

Spoolman new-spool-on-save — the external spool modal's Save path failed to create the spool in Spoolman and never told Moonraker it was active. Density and diameter are now supplied on POST /v1/filament; initial_weight on POST /v1/spool; AmsEditModal fires sync_active_spool after create and re-syncs on every linked save (recovers from Moonraker state loss).

Crash-report modal occluded by install wizard (#849) — backdrop now parents to the top layer so Send/Dismiss is always reachable.

i18n: icon_font_hero missing on smaller font tiers — previously mapped to xxlarge-only glyphs, producing font-not-linked warnings and empty icons on CC1, AD5M, pi32, and K2. Now maps to each tier's largest available glyph.

Wizard Back/Next crash during install (#848, #843) — wizard navigation routes through lv_async_call so the clean+rebuild runs outside the input-release tick.

AMS AFC: redundant per-update hashtable lookup — caller loops already know the slot index; closes the torn-pointer fault seen in bundle 8SA9DQZ4.

i18n memory: −4.7 MB peak RSS on CC1 — dropped dead lv_i18n path; translations load per-locale on demand. Saves ~1.2 MB binary / ~521 KB VmExe; VmHWM drops 19 MB → 14 MB on CC1 (under the 15 MB OOM warning threshold). All 9 languages remain runtime-selectable.
