v0.99.102
Fixed
- In-app updates failed on printers with older BusyBox (#993) — release zips were verified with
unzip -tqq, but BusyBox only gainedunzip -tin 1.32, so the AD5M (1.29.3) and K1 (1.31.1) rejected an intact download outright and every in-app update and Moonraker install failed. Validation now triespython3 zipfile.testzip()first, gated on zlib since the AD5M's Python 3.7 has none, and degrades to a structuralunzip -lprobe rather than declaring a good archive corrupt. Verified on K1, AD5M and CC1 hardware. - The K2 could not install a zip release at all — its OpenWrt firmware ships no
unzipbinary and no BusyBox applet, onlypython3, so the pre-download check rejected every update with anapt-gethint that does not apply there. The check now asks whether the system can read a zip by any means, extraction gained a Python fallback, and both paths force the exec bit oninstall.shandbin/members so the extracted installer can actually run. Verified on K2 hardware.
Changed
- Sonic Pad documentation now states that SonicPad-Debian is the only tested firmware.
