Development Environment Note
This release bumps the project from Go 1.16 to Go 1.19. This will likely give you a small performance boost on x84/x64 hardware (2-5%) and perhaps a much larger boost (10-20%) on other processor architectures. Please update your local dev environment to the Go 1.19 runtime as there are changes in gofmt and go mod behavior.
