Adapter Changes
The LifeStreet adapter has been removed, per their guidance, in this release. LifeStreet is treated the same as a disabled bidder such that publishers won't receive an error if their request includes a LifeStreet impression. They will receive a warning that the bidder is no longer available in Prebid Server.
