Note: this version includes some refactoring to support allowing bids from Prebid Server that aren't tied to the Prebid.js AdUnit. We've become aware of a conflict between this feature and the custom schema feature of the Price Floors module. If you use custom floor schemas, please don't use this release. We're working on a fix.
