IR

• fixed led keeping on after sending custom IR signals ( #50 and #48 ) but still needs validation and tests for the custom IR

Settings

• Started using settings from config.conf file, as Launcher uses, to use the wifi listing bmorcelli#1
• Changed some EEPROM Addresses to better organize things.. compatible with Launcher 2.2.3

Fixes

• fix loopSD writing on top of previous files when accessing different folders
• fix sortList so special chars like '_' can come first in the file list
• increase filename size for rfid files in tag-o-matic

Features

• Screen Off function has been modified to make the device go into sleep mode, reducing the clock and completely turning off the screen.
• Captive portals in pt-br and en to be used with Evil Portal (need to copy files from html/CaptivePortals to the SD card)
