    • Enable Karabiner-Elements Privileged Daemons v2 under App Background Activity.
    • Enable Karabiner-Core-Service under Input Monitoring.

    You can still use EventViewer and karabiner_cli to check connected devices.

  • Fixed an issue where modifiers in a pending-release state under Complex Modifications were not being released when all keys were lifted.

  • Fixed an issue on macOS 26.1 where karabiner_grabber was missing from the Input Monitoring list in System Settings.
