libultrahand recompilation of retronx-team's sys-clk 2.0.1 overlay.

List of changes:

1. SOC and ram vdd2 voltages have been added.
2. Edit Global Profile has been added.
3. Gradient color implementation for temperatures.
4. Removal of 204 MHz for Memory options.
5. Proper category header implementation for various parts of the menu.
6. Addition of Config menu for managing all EOS related sys-clk ini options.

Side-note: Overlay only. You will need to use Meha's sys-clk-oc system module from OC Switchcraft EOS, or the regular sys-clk system module from sys-clk 2.0.1 (for non EOS related usage).

Update:

• Default state for gpu_dvfs if missing has been set to On.
• Rename Config to Settings.
  • Side-note: I think this name makes a little more sense since Enable is now a part of the menu but not a part of the Config file itself.
