Compilation with latest libultrahand (v2.1.1).

• New notifications implementation.

List of changes:

1. All voltages are now displayed for the stock sys-clk system module.
2. Global Profile has been removed for the stock sys-clk system module.
3. When using EOS mode, voltages are now polled directly from the sys-clk-oc EOS system module.
4. Updated for usage with sys-clk-oc EOS (v1.2.6).
   • Warning: Modifying some of the module settings may not work properly for versions lower than v1.2.6.
