Initial Release

Rebuild of WerWolv's nx-ovlloader with updated libnx and expanded memory.

• nx-ovlloader : Functionally the same as WerWolv's v1.0.6/1.0.7, but rebuilt with pull request 35.
• nx-ovlloader+ : Functionally the same as WerWolv's v1.0.6/1.0.7, but rebuilt with pull request 35 plus expanded memory for overlays for power users.
  • Notice: This version consumes 2 MB more of the available system memory than the base loader. That could impact your system depending on how much memory your setup currently consumes.
