1. Implementation of new package forwarders for extended Ultrahand packages.
   • To use forwarders, use command mode ;mode=forwarder with * in the command name.
   • Forwarder package is defined with package_source <PATH_TO_FORWARDED_INI>.
   • Additional commands listed along side package_source are executed upon click.
2. UI related bug fixes and tweaks.
   • Scroll bar implementation has been modified.
   • Page alignment has been slightly adjusted.
   • Adjustments to spacing of info sections.
3. Touch implementation has been cleaned up a bit more.
   • Fix for unmapped toggle commands (and others).
4. Various minor menu traversing related bug fixes.
