List of changes:

1. Added the ability to define functions in boot_package.ini other than boot.
2. Enabled referencing and execution of global functions defined in boot_package.ini from your script using exec <COMMAND>.
3. Introduced a new refresh command to redraw the current menu page.
4. Various bug fixes as well as improvements to OC Toolkit.

• Menu related bug fix (memory leak). Opening and closing selection overlay with dictionaries was not unloading the dictionary. Issue has been resolved.
• If a command has the footer "Not available" it will no longer function.
