List of changes:

1. Speed optimizations; faster opening, faster exiting, faster swapping.
2. New config ini option right_alignment (true/false) for aligning the overlay frame on the right side of the screen.
3. Returning from micro from the menu now takes you back to the exact item that was selected (jumpToItem implementation).
4. Default configurations for micro have been modified.
5. Removal of key_combo entry from Status Monitor's config.ini
   • Seems a bit unnecessary when the Ultrahand / Tesla combo itself can be used.
   • Could also potentially cause conflicts with fast swapping.
6. Glyph caching now purely utilizes libultrahand's FontManager implementation.
7. Various cleanups and optimizations within libultrahand / libtesla for Status Monitor.
